"It's crazy, it's crazy, it's crazy. I'm still in a state of shock, and I just can't believe it," Steve Morsette Sr. Said this morning after turning in his Powerball ticket and claiming $200,000. He bought the ticket, one of many over the years, for Saturday's drawing. "I always told myself it would pay off one of these days, and it paid off today," Morsette said, adding "You can't win if you don't play." He said he plans to buy a house on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, where he and his family live, with the money. "Every one of my kids are going to get a bedroom. They deserve it," he said. Morsette purchased the winning ticket that matched the numbers 04, 21, 26, 28 and 47 at the Holiday StationStore on 1st Street in Havre,Jo Berg, communications manager at the state lottery office, said. Morsette's ticket did not match the Powerball number 37 or the Power Play number 04. If it had, he would have won even more money, Berg said.
