Hill County Sheriff's deputies chased James Taylor Marshall across Hill County to the junction of U.S. Highway 2 and U.S. Highway 87 Friday. Initially, deputies searched for Taylor, a transient with no permanent address, because they had received a report of a drunk driver. When they tried to pull him over, he continued to drive.
