Man dies in crash north of Havre

A crash Wednesday evening left one dead and one injured. Montana Highway Patrol reports that Joel Bell of Havre, 49, was killed in the crash, and Robert Shephert of Havre, 40, sustained injuries and was transported to Northern Montana Hospital after the crash.
