Havre voters have spoken, giving Democrat Tim Solomon the nod in the primary election to face incumbent Republican Bob Rice in the mayor's race in the general election. Solomon, manager of the Great Northern Fairgrounds and former Hill County sheriff, defeated Kmart assistant manager and former Havre City Council member Gary Glock 1,290 to 543 in the election that ended Tuesday night, listed in the unofficial results released by the Hill County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
