ELLSWORTH BUTLER obituary

Ellsworth Calvin Butler, 83, died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009 at the Big Sandy Nursing Home of natural causes.

Ellsworth has been cremated and will take his final flight sometime in the near future, when his ashes will be scattered over his family farm southeast of Big Sandy. Memorials may be sent to the Big Sandy Medical Center or to any charity of your choice. Due to family member health issues, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
