Loretta B. "Cookie" Stiffarm, 64, passed away on Oct. 11, 2009, at Fort Belknap Hospital due to natural causes.

Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at 11 a.m. in St. Paul's Mission Recreation Center with burial following in the Hays Community Cemetery. Wake services wi l l begin Thursday at the Mi s s ion Recreation Center.
