MARLEE SUNSHINE TENA obituary

Marlee Sunshine Tena, 6, passed away Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Mont.

He was born June 21, 2003, in Billings, the son of Angel Tena Sr. And Marlena (Big Day) Tena. Marlee grew up in Billings and enjoyed martial arts and wrestling with his brothers. He spent time playing video games, doing gymnastics and playing hide-andseek. He attended Big Sky Elementary School as a kindergartner and was very excited about being in school. He is survived by his father, Angel Tena Sr .; and his mother Marlena (Big Day) Tena; his brothers, Marlin Parker, Angelo Tena, Angel Tena and Sequiah Tena; his sisters, Ailena Parker, Reida Parker (Hirshaw-Jaceb) and Jasa Pendell; one niece, Sunshine Big Day; aunts, Rosemary (Kristine) St. Pierre, Crissa Oliva (Harold) Sutherland, Melissa (Clifford) Swan, Olivette Glenn, Ardis Glenn and Jean Glenn; uncle Oliver Glenn Jr .; great-grandmothers, Mary R. St. Pierre and Mary Faye Eaglefeathers; grandfathers, Morris St. Pierre and Roger St. Pierre; and numerous relatives in Rocky Boy, Lame Deer and Crow. Marlee is preceded in death by his grandparents, Marlin Big Day and Elda (Stewart) Big Day; grandma, Mary (Cheyenne) Alexander; greatgrandmother, Alberta St. Pierre and great-grandfather, Oliver Glenn Sr. A wake service and funeral were held at Dahl Funeral Chapel with many friends and family members in attendance.
