Art show in 39th year

The paint will be flying during the 39th annual Havre Art Association Show and Sale Nov. 7 and 8, as 22 area artists will be on hand while people browse the submitted works. The works of art in various mediums including oil, pastels, watercolors, calligraphy, pencil, pottery, wood, wire, bronze sculpture, pen and ink, fabric painting and handmade paper have been submitted by artists as far away as Glasgow, said Vince Woodwick, an art association member who is helping with the show.
