MARGUERITE STROBMERG obituary

Marguerite Stromberg, 92, of Missoula, died Nov. 13, 2009, at St. Patrick Hospital of natural causes.

Marguerite was born July 21, 1917 south of Chinook, Mont., to parents Charles and Fern (Myers) Wallace. She graduated from Havre High School in 1935. She married Edwin C. Stromberg and was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She really enjoyed watching the Utah Jazz and her favorite player, John Stockton. Marguerite also enjoyed all her family sports events, Grizzly football, her pinocle and Mexican Train friends at Grizzly Peak. Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edwin C. Stromberg; a daughter, Linda Stromberg; and sisters, Jewel Banks and Mizpah Wallace. She is survived by a daughter. Gail Randolph and her husband, Ray of Charlotte, N.C .; sons, Roger Stromberg and wife Ann of Missoula, Mont .; and Bob Stromberg and wife, Mary, of Bellevue, Wash .; grandchildren, Chuck (Dalinda) Randolph, Jeff (Camille) Randolph, Greg (Beth) Randolph, Joel ( Arati) Randolph, Traci (Jackson) Beighle, Scott (Bri) Stromberg, Mikel (Steve) Melton,and David (Amy) Stromberg; special niece, Judy Banks Demetriou; and 15 greatgrandchildren. A memorial service/visitation was held at the Garden City Funeral Home, Monday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. Inurnment will be at Highland Cemetery in Havre.
