Bowling leagues going strong at K-Lines in Rudyard

It's that time of the year to be thinking about the end of the year. It's time to sign-up for New Years Eve Jackpot bowling. Call Hi-Line Lanes at 265-5885 or sign-up at the desk for reservations. Ken is taking sign-ups for two short season leagues to begin after the first of the year. A Junior/Adult and a Mixed league are in the works. If interested call the lanes or check at the desk. Senior bowling starts at 1 p.m. every Friday afternoon. Bowlers are considered "seniors" at the age of 50 but no matter your age, go out and join the the fun. Results from the "Dewey" will be here next week. Happy birthday Brian Moore. Kim Austin and Delonna Malone picked 5-10s; Donny Boyce 2-7-8; and Corinne DeVries a 4-7-10. Teammates Lacy Farmer and Lisa Morrell took high score honors last week. Lacy had a 211 and Lisa a 543 with a 202. Christy Holden shot a 541; Michele Denny 203; Norma Mariani 522; Dana Seidel 209, 508; and Maxine Munson 207, 519. Mike Sherrill tickled the 700 mark with his 697 which included the high game of 248 and a 236. Brandon Berreth threw a 231 which was a 104 over average. Shawn Mariani had a 623, 233; Ken Erickson 234, and Cody Thompson a 235. Sherrill was just two pins shy of a 900 with his 898 for the high four game series. Hoss Loendorf had a 782, Shawn Mariani 783, Kelly Olson 777, and Ken Erickson a 764.
