Barkus wants felonies dismissed or trial moved

An attorney for state Sen. Greg Barkus wants the county to dismiss three felony charges filed against his client after a Flathead Lake boat crash. Attorney Todd Glazier also told District Judge John McKeon on Monday that the defense will challenge the way investigators obtained evidence and will seek to have some evi - dence and witness statements suppressed. In the alternative, Glazier says the defense will ask that the trial be held outside of Kalispell.
