Havre may get epidemic of marijuana users

If the city of Havre wants some reliable information about establishing a medical marijuana facility, all it needs to do is send a City Council member to San Francisco to see the terrible things that happen in a city with these facilities. The cost of sending the Council member will be far less than the cost of the rise in crime, etc., that will hit Havre if it gives in to the marijuana smokers' con to obtain their drug much easier and cheaper. I realize there are a few and rare situations where marijuana is needed for medical purposes, but I highly suspect these few and rare persons are getting what they need now with the lawful safeguards in place, safeguards that will keep Havre from having an epidemic of marijuana users roaming our streets, sleeping in doorways and begging for money so they can buy more marijuana like they have in San Francisco. I haven't lived in Havre long, but it would be a terrible blow to this town if something like this is allowed to exist here. I hope our City Council uses good common sense and denies this request.
