A 'Tour de Havre' on the Hi-Line?

To the readers of the Havre Daily News:

Is there a future Lance Armstrong in the Havre area? I ask because I am a "new resident" here and a semi-athlete who likes to ride bikes in the area.

I'm suggesting arranging a tour much like the Tour de France, which will happen next year from July 2 to 24 in France.

May I suggest having a Tour de Havre anywhere in the immediate area. For those of us who like to ride bikes that will get us "newbies" out and about for an introduction to much of north-central Montana.

I am a career Montanan.
