SHELLI LAREE RICE obituary

Shelli Laree Rice, 49, formerly of Havre, Mont., passed away Feb. 6, 2010, of natural causes. She was born Oct. 23, 1960, in Havre to Sharon Hoodenpyle and Vernald D. Burchard. She was married to Fred J. Rice for 16 years, and they later divorced. The remainder of her life was spent with her significant other, Robert Spinler of Livingston, Mont. She is survived by her two children, Brian (Angie) Rice of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, and daughter Kami (Garret) Gillispie of Bozeman; five grandchildren, Megan, Dillon, Allison, Skylar, and Elijah; mother, JoAnn Burchard of Havre; sisters, Pam (Gary) Bryson of Fort Peck, Vicky Simonson and Diane Simonson, both of Havre, and Kathy Jo Simonson of Lynnwood, Wash.; and brothers, Tony Burchard of Butte, and Scott Simonson of Seattle, Wash. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at 10 a.m., with burial following in Highland Cemetery and reception to follow services at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish Center. Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook. SHARON HAIDER obituary Sharon L. Haider, 60; lifelong resident of Chinook, passed away unexpectedly Feb. 10, 2010, at Northern Montana Hospital due to pneumonia and bronchitis. Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at 3 p.m., in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with cremation following.
