Specialists at an economic outlook seminar in Havre Wednesday said the economy seems to be turning around, but people shouldn't expect a boom in growth any time soon. "The recovery is going to be difficult this time," Patrick Barkey, director of the University of Montana's Bureau of Business and Economic Research, said during the Outlook 2010 seminar.
