After reading Bill Thackeray's recent letter about Rep. Wendy Warburton's record with interest, let's try to set the record straight.
First, House Bill 2 is the General Appropriations Act, basically all state agency budgets rolled into one big bill, and because of its importance and size, House Bill 2 is voted on many times. In fact the members of the 61st Montana Legislature collectively took more than 65 votes on this bill alone, so pointing out one or two votes is misleading to say the least.
