The bids for the addition to Highland Park Early Primary School South has come in at more than $95,000 under budget. "I think the board is very pleased," said Shad Huston, chairman of the Havre Public Board of Trustees, after the board voted unanimously to approve the bids. "That's definitely good news," he said, adding that they're looking forward to breaking ground on the project that will add enough space to the building to have all kindergarten and firstgrade students under one roof.
