I'm writing in reply to Ray Peck's letter which takes a few jabs at me while endorsing my opponent for Public Service Commission, Don Ryan.

Ray Peck writes, "I am confident Don Ryan would have had been among those who opposed SB 390 )deregulation).

That's an interesting take, given that Mr. Ryan's own brother, Bill, was among the Democrat legislators who voted for de-regulation in 1997.
