Festival of Trees tickets go on sale

The holidays are here once again.

Tickets went on sale Monday for the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line's third annual Festival of Trees, to take place at the Holiday Village Mall on Dec. 3.

The festival is centered around Christmas trees decorated and donated by local organizations or individuals to be sold at the Dec. 3 event. The funds then help pay for the Boys & Girls Club programming.

Past events have raised thousands of dollars for the youth program.

So far this year 13 local groups have signed-up to decorate trees for the program:

• Kmart

• Northern Home Essentials

• Northern Montana Hospital

• Havre Jaycees

• Hill County Tavern Association

• Presbyterian Church

• Herberger's/Allstate

• Holiday Mall Merchants

• Bureau of Land Management

• Karen Vosen

• Van Orsdel Methodist Church

• Bresnan Communications

• Linda Johnson
