The Skylights led at halftime and throughout much of the second half, but the Beavers on a Caroline Folven jump shot with :27 left in the game, then held Northern off on three seperate possessions in the final :20. Samm Schermele (20) and Taylor Keller (16) combined to score 36 points in the loss, and Keller four 3-pointers all in the first half.
MSU-N (3-2) is on the road next weekend for rematches with Dickinson State and Minot.
