Mixed opinions on proposed stockyard rules
Proposals to change how the federal government regulates the meat industry has raised sharply differing comments, with Montana organizations sitting on different sides of the fence on several issues.
"We are definitely in support of the proposed changes," Kim Baker, president of the Montana Cattlemen's Association, said this morning.
