Ethel Frank

Ethel K. Frank, 95, known as "Little Miss Tiger" by staff and friends, at Liberty County Nursing Home for the past 22 years, died at the Chester nursing facility on Memorial Day.

Her funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday, at Chester United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Chester Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel.
