Marc Mariani ended his rookie season on Sunday with 119 kickoff return yards and another seven on punt return yards as the Tennessee Titans lost to the Indianpolis Colts 23-20. With his final Sunday in the regular season, Mariani shattered the Titans franchise record for total return yards in a season. He finished the year with 1,859 kickoff and punt return yards. It is one of the top 20 performances in NFL history and broke Derrick Mason's record of 1,794 kick and punt return yards in 2000.
