Solving a speeding problem with student psychology


Some Havre High School students may soon have to make changes to their escape route, depending on what the city does with a nearby alley.

At Monday night's Havre City Council meeting, council member Cal Long told the council about a meeting last week of his Streets and Sidewalks Committee, where he and other members addressed complaints from residents on 17th Street, about high school students speeding through their alleyway.
