Blaine County to start spraying for mosquitoes

 


With concerns of winter snow melt leading to severe flooding receding, officials in Blaine County are about to face another problem.

"With flooding coming to an end and the irrigation season soon to commence, our best friends, the mosquitoes, will soon be here," Blaine County Commissioner Vic Miller said in a press release Thursday.

Miller said the county will begin spraying in the mosquito district to reduce the number of the insects.
