Council resumes annexations amid other business

Just because some parts of Hill County are still fighting annexation in an ongoing litigation process, doesn't mean that pwoperty owners who want in can't join the city of Havre.

During Monday night's City Council meeting, the council began annexation processes for two groups of property on the southern edge of town.
