The Montana Tech Orediggers handed the MSU-Northern women's basketball team a rare feat Saturday night - two straight home losses for the Skylights. Tech pulled ahead of Northern in the final six minutes to win 76-68 in Frontier Conference action at the MSU-Northern Fieldhouse.
Laramie Schwenke led three Skylights in double figures with 22 points. Samm Schermele added 14 points and Jordan Bruursema scored 10, but Northern couldn't overcome a 32-point night from Tech freshman Kelsey Dewitt. The loss dropped MSU-N to 3-7 in league play and 12-14 overall.
