Cody Ryan Boucher

Cody Ryan Boucher, 20, of Havre, passed away on Dec. 10, 2011, after being struck by a motor vehicle on Highway 87, southwest of Havre. His memorial service will be on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 2 p. m., at Fifth Avenue Christian Church, with Ila McClenahan officiating. A luncheon will follow immediately after the service in the reception hall. Memorial contributions in Cody's honor may be made to a memorial of one's choice. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.

Cody was born on Aug. 27, 1991, to Russell Boucher and Tacy Jimison. He lived his entire life in Havre, graduating from Havre High in 2010. He attended a year of college at Montana State University-Northern, studying to be an electrician, which he had wanted to do from a very young age. He worked at Havre Day Activity Center for the last few years, a job that he excelled at because of his outgoing personality and big heart.

Cody had a unique personality. He had a quick temper, but he could cheer anyone up at any time. He was a kid with no enemies, and his friends meant a lot to him. He loved to play his drums, and he also loved music, skateboarding, snowboarding, hunting and the outdoors. The highlight of Cody's summer was backpacking through the Beartooths with his cousin. He always looked forward to family dinners with his large family, and he loved spending time with all of his brothers and sisters. He was a great uncle and loved hanging out with his nephew, Bentley. He attended numerous rock concerts with his brother, and he was definitely the guitar hero of the family.

He was a comedian and was goofy all the time. He could find humor in every situation. He loved playing video games. He was a daredevil and had the scars to prove it. His tattoos shared his personality with the world. He loved getting them and showing them off. His goal was to have a full sleeve someday.

Cody lived life to the fullest every day. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Earl "Tony" Boucher and Ronald Jimison; grandmother, Lillian Kaleva; great-grandparents, Hector and Artie Boucher and Carl Jimison; his uncle, Ron Boucher; and his cousin, Jimmy Allison.

Cody is survived by his mother, Tacy Jimison of Billings, Mont. ; his father, Russell Boucher and his step-mother, Pam Boucher of Havre, Mont. ; brothers, Shane, Jesse and Jacob; his sister, Mary; step-siblings Jillian, Lindsey and Garrette Brough; nephew, Bentley, all of Havre, Mont. ; grandparents, Diane and Guy Rudicil; aunts, Judy (Greg) Bostic, Tanya (Dan) Bedford and ToniAnn Gordon; and uncle Larry Boucher, as well as numerous cousins and extended family. He is also survived by his many friends.
