Annual Air Fair ramps up with car show
A decades-long tradition on the Hi-Line is expanding to more kinds of engine-related toys.
A local business owner is planning to expand the local Air Fair fly-in to include cars, and eventually to a two-day event including drag racing and an air show.
Chris Preputin, owner of Custom Collision Repair, said this morning he is expanding his annual customer appreciation days to bring in a car show and alcohol-fueled race cars in conjunction with the North Central Hangar of the Montana Pilots Association's annual fair.
"It's going to be the first annual motor madness days," Preputin said.
