A Havre man will spend nearly five years in prison for selling methamphetamine.

According to a press release, Barry-Dion admitted to selling meth in Havre for about six weeks in the first two months of 2010 when he was interviewed by Tri-Agency Safe Trails Task Force agents on April 7, 2010.

Barry-Dion admitted selling 2 to 3 grams of meth on four to five occaisions to one individual, and to selling 2 to 3 grams of the substance to another person four or five times. He also admitted he was picking up the meth from a dealer, selling the meth and returning the money to the dealer, who he said had about a pound of meth for distribution at the time.
