A Havre man will spend nearly five years in prison for selling methamphetamine.
The U. S. Attorney's Office reports that Colin David Barry-Dion, 22, was sentenced in federal district court in Great Falls after he previously pleaded guilty to distributing meth.
Judge Sam E. Haddon sentenced Barry-Dion to 56 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered him to pay a $100 special asssessment.
