Rivers and creeks add to Havre's beauty

I really enjoyed Toni Hagener's feature story in Wednesday's Havre Daily News. Yes, the slogan is true: Havre — It's the People. But Havre is largely where it is and what it is because of rivers and creeks. I can't hike the Baltrusch Nature Trail without looking down into the valley and appreciating this. Thanks, Toni, for helping keep us aware of our history. Your essay was well-written and interesting and covered a lot of ground.
