Kathleen Mary Frazier, 96, fell asleep in death on July 10, 2011, at Kadlec Hospital in Richland, Wash. Services will be held July 23, 2011, in Grandview, Wash., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 2291 Tear Road.

Kathleen was born May 12, 1915, the first of three girls born to George and Alice Colligan in Great Falls, Mont. She attended school in Box Elder, Mont., and graduated in 1934. She married Arden Flansburg June 1, 1934, and had three children, Bessie Lee, Gareth and Leamon in Box Elder. She later moved to Portland, Ore., where she worked in the sh...
