Flood assistance available to homeowners, renters
A federal agency is offering assistance to people driven from their homes by flooding.
The disaster in Montana declared by President Barack Obama opens the door for U. S. Housing and Urban Development to offer foreclosure relief and other assistance to homeowners and low-income renters, said Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont.
