Breaking Sports: Northern's Will Andrews named Frontier Conference Defensive POY

The Montana State University-Northern football team totaled 14 selections on the 2011 Frontier All-Conference Team, released Wednesday night by the league office. A total of 11 MSU-N players were honored, including Northern senior defensive end Will Andrews, who was named Frontier Defensive Player of the Year. In all, MSU-N had nine first-team selections including Andrews.

Carroll College running back Chance Demarias was named Frontier Offensive Player of the Year, while Carroll head coach Mike Van Diest was named Coach of the Year.
