Harry Kent Parcell

Harry Kent Parcell, 92, of Geneva, Ill., formerly of Huntington, W. Va., passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011, in Geneva, Ill.

He was born Jan. 25, 1919, in Huntington, the son of Otey Shelburn and Jessie (Burch) Parcell.

Harry was a graduate of the Gregg School of Short Hand Reporting in Chicago and worked his entire career as a shorthand reporter, first in Havre, Mont., and later in Kane County, Ill., and Wayne County, W.Va.
