Havre budget hearing to be held Tuesday

The Havre City Council is holding a public hearing Tuesday evening at 7 p. m. to receive public input about the proposed city budget for the 2012 fiscal year.

The $11.5 million budget contains more than $400,000 in cuts from last year's budget, which was pushing $12 million.

The public meeting is a part of a tighter timeline this year than the city has faced in recent years.
