Thankful for a successful dinner

Many thanks to the Havre Community for the countless blessings we have been provided.

First of all to our generous benefactor for providing all the groceries and supplies for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

Thanks to St. Jude Parish Center, Father Dan Wathen and Tim Maroney for the place to prepare and share the meal.

Thanks to the team at Gary & Leo's Fresh Foods for cooking the turkeys, baking the pies and rolls, and for compiling the two-page grocery list.

Thanks to the North Central Senior Citizens Center for taking the phone calls for the home deliveries.

Thanks to Gus and Stephanie for organizing the deliveries.

Thanks to Peter Bruni and Lolly Evans for sharing their gifts and talents with the food and the management of the kitchen.

Thanks to the Havre Daily News and New Media Broadcasters for providing the public service announcements.

Thanks to the many volunteers too numerous to list here who showed up and helped with the dinner!

With everyone's helping hands, we accomplished feeding more than 650 members of our community.
