Members of the Wild Horse Border Committee are planning a celebration of extended hours at the port north of Havre on the Canadian border — a celebration on Friday, April 1.
"This is not an April Fool's joke, but a statement to say we are not fooling around on this issue," said Medicine Hat Mayor Norm Boucher, who co-chairs the committee with Havre Mayor Tim Solomon.
