MSU-N rodeo teams compete

The Montana State University-Northern men's and women's rodeo teams are in the midst of the annual Big Sky Spring Seanson.

And this past weekend, the Lights and Skylights competed at the Dawson Community College Rodeo in Glendive.

It was a good weekend for Northern's Robert Wagner, who won the saddle bronc riding in the long go around last Friday. Wagner also finished sixth in the saddle bronc in the short go and took third in the average for the weekend.

MSU-N's Charlie Mack took sixth in the bareback riding in the long go and tied fourth in the short go in the same event. Mack wound up fifth in the bareback average.

As a team, the Northern men placed sixth overall in the rodeo.

The Northern rodeo teams are back in action this weekend in Missoula.
