It was closer than they might have expected, but the Havre High boys basketball team earned an important Central A win. The Blue Ponies held on to beat Lewistown 36-33 Friday night at the Havre High gymnasium, improving to 4-3 in the conference in the process. Thurman Holdsclaw and Trey Trahant each scored 10 points for Havre, which will travel to Shelby Saturday afternoon.
