Havre students offered more Northern courses

Havre High School students looking to get a leg up on college courses could have a few more options soon.
At Tuesday night's Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees meeting, Havre High School Principal Craig Mueller and Montana State University-Northern's Dean of Extended University Randy Bachmeier explained a plan to more than double the Northern courses available to students, from three to seven.
The new courses would include Theatre Workshop 105, Fundamentals of Speech, Introduction to Psychology and Introduction to Sociology. Havre High School and Northern already jointly offer college...
