Legendary Havre coach passes

Throughout the history of the Havre High football program, the Blue Ponies have seen countless players and coaches take the field. There always comes a time to say goodbye to those players and coaches, and unfortunately, that goodbye comes too soon and unexpectedly.

Larry Douglas Stranahan, 63, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 18, 2012, in Mongolia. Stranahan was said to have loved traveling the globe, and visited six continents in the midst of his longtime coaching and teaching careers.
