Tester asks more questions on ag disease lab move

U. S. Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., is again raising questions about a proposal to move a disease research facility to the heart of cattle processing country.

Tester, who faces challengers including U. S. Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., in this year's election, has pressed the U. S. Department of Homeland Security on its decision to relocate the National Bio- and Agro-Defense Facility from Plum Island in New York to Manhattan, Kan., near thousands of head of cattle, an area Tester says is frequently hit by dangerous tornadoes.
