9C Boys Update: Box Elder tops Turner

The Box Elder boys closed the books on the first day of the District 9C boys basketball tournament with a 66-45 win over the Turner Tornadoes at the HHS gymnasium. Randall Gardipee scored 19 points to lead the Bears, who advanced to Thursday night's semifinal game where they'll play Chinook at 7:30 p.m. Turner next plays a loser-out game at 6 p.m. on Friday night.
