I believe Havre is the best small town in America. But it is not for the obvious reason that I have this strong love for Havre. It is not our easy lifestyle or quality of life we enjoy, or the rich history we are blessed with that makes me feel this way. It is because of the people. It is the spirit of the people in this community that volunteer, that makes Havre the best place in America.
