Pony golfers tee it up in Great Falls

After a sharp opening Prairie Farms Golf Course Tournament, the Havre High boys and girls golf teams will take to the road for the first time.

Today and Tuesday, the Blue Ponies are in Great Falls for the annual Great Falls Invitational. The tournament features every Class AA team, as well as Havre and Whitefish, so the competition will be fierce and so will the courses.

The Great Falls tournament is played on both the Meadowlark Country Club layout, as well as the Eagle Falls Golf Course. Boys and girls will alternate rounds each day.

Havre is will also be in action on Friday when the Ponies travel to East Glacier for the Browning Invitational.
