HYBA Major League tournament slated

It's the end of June and that means baseball is taking center stage around Havre.

And it will be a big weekend indeed as Havre Youth Baseball's Major League Division holds its annual city tournament. Major League is formally A League and the action begins tonight at Lions Field in Havre. Four teams will battle it out over the course of the next three days for the HYBA city championship.

The first rounds pits Bing-N-Bob's against Subway tonight at 5:30 and Lions against Master Sports at 7:30.

The action resumes with a loser-out game at 10 a.m. on Saturday and a winner's bracket game at 12 p.m. The final game on Saturday is the third-place game which is set for 3 p.m. The championship game is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday and a second championship game is scheduled for 3 p.m. if needed.

Master Sports consists of Brendan Garden, Dawson Kinsella, James Christenson Jr., Bobbie O'Leary, Lane Paulson, Barrett Kilgore, Dyan Hanson, Brett Marti, Dyllan Murray, Ezekial Alcorn and John Klein.

Subway is made up of Brandon McLain, Brady Phus, Ethan Roberts, Trey Hanson, Tate Munyan, Kenndy McKay, Nick Tanner, Casey Mariani, Jameson Vetter, Josiah Harrison and Jacoby Fox.

Bing-N-Bob's is composed of Austin DeLaRosa, Jacob Irvin, Gavin Mosbrucker, Noah Brown, Trajan Hannum, Tommy Brown, Tony Antly, Brandon Flammond, Taylor Gopher, Keiton Kirkegard and DJ Hawayrd.

Lions is made up of Trey Murphy, Ivar Aageson, Brenden Danielson, Caden Price, Kaiden Perez, Kollin Nystrom, Hunter Lovenguth, Lane Caplette, Robert Kaplette and Kayden Hay.
