A 15-year-old Havre boy was arrested on 7th Avenue Monday night on nine charges, including three counts of assault with a weapon.
A man who lives in the area called the Havre Police Department at 8:20 p. m. to report a male with a gun.
According to Officer Jason Barkus, the caller said he was threatened by two men walking in the street.
Police soon found the two men, an allegedly drunk 15-year-old with a pistol and a few other illegal materials on him, and a 19-year-old Havre man, Samuel Onespot.
The 15-year-old was arrested on charges including assault with a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated, minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, under age possession and consumption of tobacco and obstructing a police officer.
He was taken to the juvenile detention center in Cascade County.
Onespot was arrested on a Justice Court warrant and charges including obstruction, minor in possession and endangering the welfare of a child. He is in the Hill County jail.
