Commissioner vows fast action on Miller complaint
HELENA (AP) — The commissioner of political practices says he hopes to reach quick resolution on campaign finance allegations made against a Republican candidate for governor.
Commissioner Jim Murry says he hopes to gather the facts in the case against Ken Miller and issue a decision prior to the June primary election.
Last week, Miller's former fundraiser accused the campaign of breaking state law by not fully reporting donations over the legal limit and by receiving anonymous donations from people using their credit cards.
